My name is Ray Yeargin and I will be your host here. I'm a programmer and a system administrator. I've also spent a lot of time on game design, cryptography, and computer-generated art. I play World of Warcraft as a Tauren Druid. I developed this website and wrote the code that drives it.
What I will be doing here is posting about important topics from my personal perspective. Some of what I say will be obvious and some of it you will already know. I hope that some posts will present issues in a way new to you. My goal is to help both you and me to see some things differently and to understand the world a little better.
Like most of you, I have no particular qualifications to pontificate on the big issues I will talk about here. Unlike some of you, I realize that that fact alone is a special qualification as it eliminates several classes of conflict of interest.
